What is Business Intelligence?

Business Intelligence (or ‘BI’) allows you to see at a glance what is happening within your business. It aggregates meaningful, accurate and up-to-date data from a variety of sources into highly visual dashboards, allowing you to analyse the data and report it. A data warehouse or data mart is not mandatory. A one-screen view of KPIs highlights where the business strengths and weaknesses are in near-real-time so you can make better decisions. Aggregated data displayed as dashboards can be drilled down to transaction level, until answers to your business questions are found.
